Payment and Return Policy

Orders must be fully paid in advance after confirmation. Payment made is non-refundable.
Payment can be made in cash, credit cards (VISA, Master, American Express).

No cancellation of order is accepted and all flowers / goods sold are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
If you wish to change your order, a notification of 24 hours is required.
All orders will be confirmed by us within 24 hours. If you do not receive our confirmation within 24 hours, please contact us immediately.
Bank transfer shall be made within 48 hours after order is confirmed. Delivery will be made within 4-8 days after confirmation of receipt. If payment is not received within specified time, the order shall be considered cancelled, automatically.

Order will be dispatched within 4-8 days after confirmation.
Only free for charge the location within the NW.
For 10km form NW location CAD $10 will be charged for each delivery order.
For 20-25km form NW locations, CAD $15 will be charged for each delivery order.
For 30km above form NW locations, CAD $25 will be charged for each delivery order.
Delivery time requested will be accommodated with our best possible, yet it will subject to traffic situations.
HK$1 will be charged for bag .

Due to seasonal and regional availability of flowers, not all flowers / arrangements shown in the catalogue are available at all time. Substitution of flowers of similar style with equal or greater value may be necessary.
As flowers are natural products, colours may vary from that shown in the catalogue / photo references. However, we will make every effort to maintain colour scheme, size and shape of the flower arrangement.
Products in the catalogue are not in scale, for product dimensions, please check with our staff.
flowerwoods reserves the right to amend or withdraw any terms and conditions or terminate the offer any time without prior notice; in case of any disputes, the decision of Flowerwoods shall remain final.
